Lythe Caravan and Camping

Lythe Caravan & Camping Park is located in the North Yorkshire Moors and in the picturesque village of Lythe, and a short stroll from the Stiddy Public House.

Opening & Closing Dates

The site is open 10th February 2024 - 7th January 2025.

Seasons

Low Season - January, February, March, November, December (Amenity block closed)
Mid Season - April, May, October
High Season - June, July, August, September
Please note: The availability of our grass pitches is weather dependent. Typically May - September, subject to ground conditions

Booking Information

For all touring and camping bookings a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your stay. The remaining holiday balance is due two weeks prior to arrival.

Bookings made less than two weeks prior to arrival will be required to pay the full holiday amount.

Touring & Camping

We operate a two night minimum stay policy. We have a mixture of Hard and Grass (soft) pitches. suitable for Touring Caravans and Motor-homes and tents. Most of the sites have electrical hook-up point.

Prices include electric hook up if available. Facilities include a fully equipped modern amenity block, with washing and facilities. Amenity block will be closed during the low season.

You are welcome to arrive between 12:30pm - 18:00pm. All pitches must be vacated by 10:30am on the day of departure.

Shepherds Hut

A hideaway retreat for those who like to camp, but find the idea of pitching a tent a little too much, our hut is equipped with a comfortable double bed, seating area, wood burning stove, sink, kettle and kitchen area (pots and pans not included). The hut has lighting and electricity.

The double bed will have a clean mattress protector but no bedding. Guests are requested to bring along their own bedding & towels.

There is an electric kettle provided. Guests should bring their own camping gas stove and utensils, if intending to cook, as none are provided.

Full payment at time of booking.
